Charlie Gill 

Charlie Gill is the President of Integrated Property Services Group. He has extensive experience managing office, retail, industrial, office/showroom, office/warehouse, residential and commercial projects.

 

He has been involved with over 2.5 billion dollars of new development/renovation/redevelopment projects; assisted in combining leasing, marketing, management, construction and architectural disciplines into cohesive operating programs. Charlie has additionally been directly involved in the planning, development and execution of one of the first enclosed mall/lifestyle mixed-use developments in the nation.

 

As a property manager, he has developed and implemented Computerized Maintenance Management Systems for facilities; preventive maintenance surveys; conducted physical condition surveys of commercial and educational facilities to develop data used for budgeting and modernization studies.
